TERM & CONDITION

1. There is generally no minimum order but some of our selected products do have a minimum order, this depends on what you order, which allows for easier shipping cost calculation purposes

2. Please Send your order by email to : yohadi@baliartsouvenir.com with all item codes and the quantity that you would like to purchase, or use our Inquiry Form

3. Please inform us your Name, address, City, State, Country, Phone, Email Address and nearest shipping port to your location.

4. We will reply back to you wiht a confirmation of your order including the cost of shipping along wiht a reference of how to process the payment

5. We need your deposit of 60% of your order if the total amount of the order is more than US $2,000 if lest than US $2,000 you have to pay 100% in advance, in order to prepare and process your order.

6. We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the final payment.

7. We accept payments with Western Union and wire transfer to our Bank account

8. We send you the copy of the Shipping Bill and we will keep in touch until the order arrives safely
